We Host Tastings Every Week and By Appointment
On Wednesdays and Sundays we open our gates to those who want to connect with the island’s true spirit and meet like-minded folks along the way.
Sample our unique bitter orange aperitif, taste our wines, snack on our farm-grown products, nap on the grass and bask in the sun. Within reason, anything goes.

Open Farm: Tour & Tasting
Every Wednesday at 6 PM, we open the gates for those curious to see what life on a working farm in the heart of Mallorca looks - and tastes - like.
Come and meet our polo horses, walk the vines, and learn about our approach to regenerative farming. Along the way you’ll taste the season - our wines, Amargéro, and seasonal provisions.
One-hour guided walk and tasting - 42€pp.
Amargéro Hour
As the sun begins to set behind the mountains, an aperitivo hour welcomes you for a social tasting of our Amargéro aperitif every Sunday from 2 hours before sunset.
This is an informal affair with snacks, spritzes and friends. Offering a chance to meet like-minded souls and a window into our life on the farm.
Reservations are free but essential.

Tasting for Thirty
On selected Saturdays, we host our signature “Tasting For Thirty” event on a long table beside the vines.
This includes tastings of Amargéro and our wines, and dishes made using products from our farm and neighbours.
